Young Gun Conservative Radio Blazing The Way For Conservatism On The Web
By Nick Polyzos
Dated: Jul 15, 2009
Young Gun Conservative Radio, fresh off its 100th episode, is one of the contributing forces to conservative internet radio. Their wily and sometimes uncensored method helps to reach out to Main Street Americans.
Nick Polyzos of Monroe, North Carolina and Kender Macgowan of Hesperia, California have never met. They are on opposite ends of the country. But to listen to them on the airwaves, people would think they were naturals and had known each other for years.
And that is the case when it comes to being co hosts of the “Young Gun Conservative Radio Show” onBlogTalkRadio.com. Their in-your-face style of broadcasting can at times come across as crude, but they are able to relate to people from all walks of life across America. And believe it or not, they have had quite a line up of guests to come on the show. Some names include Larry Grathwohl, former FBI informant to help bring down the Weather UNderground, Lt. Col. Buzz Patterson, bearer of the “nuclear football” during the Clinton administration, Fox News Senior Military Analyst Paul E Vallely, and most recently former NYPD Commissioner Bernard Kerik.
“Kender and I have a great time doing what we do. We feel honored to do something for our country, especially in these times”, said Polyzos, creator of the show. “This is our way of contributing to help spread conservatism and provide an Average Joe view point of politics and society”.
Recently, YGC Radio was a co sponsor of the July 4th Boston Tea Party, to protest the administration’s overtaxing of the American public.
