Reihan Salam is one of the good, young, strong voices of Conservatism, and he’s worth following. His admonition to seek natural gas as an energy alternative is a good and necessary message to listen to.

There have been many good ideas on how to deal with health insurance. Ross Douthat comes up with another good idea. The simple problem is that these ideas get either absolutely no coverage or short shrift, even though Douthat is writing for the New York Times.

Iran threatens Britain and U.S. after Guard bombing

One day after the news came out about the attack against the Iranian Revolutionary Guards, Iran has threatened America and Great Britain with attacks because of something we probably didn’t cause. They want a war. If they keep provoking, even a feeble-kneed administration like the one running this country currently may have to attack.
