A state needs a government ruled by responsible and active leaders who participates and listens to the public’s demand; but, all these elected leaders do not possess the ideals of a true and responsible example. Various electoral parties comprise different visions arguing with the others. In the end, we all come up in helping together. They seek for a change for Washington – the belief on setting their principles as well as the ideals they want to the public. Earmarks are trademark of Washington’s problem and that the people had gone upset of this and yet, the government had kept on ignoring the people’s need.
